Care of the Mind, Brain, and Body (with Senior Citizens))
This session is being designed by the Dementia India Alliance, Bengaluru, using its expertise in dementia awareness, healthy aging, and cognitive engagement. DIA ensures that the activities are evidence-based, structured, and meaningful.
Time: 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Energizing the brain and body through Om chanting and mantra recitation
Exercises related to cognitive well-being and mental health
Exercises to balance the left and right sides of the brain
Chair yoga to keep the body mobile.
This session will keep your mind, brain, and body active and help control forgetfulness and stress.
Evening Fun and Discussion (for Everyone)
Time: 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM
Enjoy music
Experience therapeutic practices such as meditation, Ayurveda, color therapy, acupressure, etc.
Participate in group discussions
Benefit from expert talks and discussions on various topics
Activate your hobbies and share them with others
Play games like carrom board, table tennis, etc.
Conclusion of the session with evening tea
