2. Donations & Payments
All donations to the Organization are voluntary and non-refundable.

Any payment towards events, programs, or sponsorship must be made in full before the agreed deadline. If payment is not received, the Organization reserves the right to cancel your participation.
3. Adoption Requests
Any adoption process, if applicable, will strictly follow the Government of India and Child Welfare Authority guidelines. No adoption shall be confirmed or processed through our website or informal channels.
4. Visits to Our Facility
All visits must be scheduled in advance and confirmed in writing by an authorized representative.
Photography or videography is only permitted with prior approval.
Visitors must respect the privacy, dignity, and safety of the children and elderly under our care.
The Organization reserves the right to deny or revoke visitor access at any time.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
